• Alloy Introduction: Ti60 alloy belongs to the Ti-Al-Zr-Mo-Si-Sn-Ta-Nb series of titanium alloys. It is a near-α type high-temperature titanium alloy designed by the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences in the late 1980s based on the law of electron concentration. When designing alloys, the first thing to consider is the selected alloying elements, and the second is that the performance of the alloy should meet the usage requirements. Ti60 alloy requires high creep and endurance performance when used at 600°C, while ensuring the thermal stability of the alloy.
• Nominal composition: Ti-Al-Zr-Mo-Si-Sn-Ta-Nb series
• Alloy density: 4.59g/cm3
