The company possesses a comprehensive suite of microstructural characterization equipment, including Spherical Aberration Corrected Transmission Electron Microscope，Scanning Electron Microscope-Focused Ion Beam，Scanning Electron Microscope，Electron Backscatter Diffraction，a nanomechanical testing stage, and in-situ high-temperature tensile testing devices. It holds a leading position in the fields of extreme environment cross-scale mechanics, failure analysis, as well as the development of new titanium alloy materials and process optimization.

We have a complete set of equipment for forging and smelting high-temperature titanium alloys.

We currently have 1000, 2500, 4500, 8000MN free forging presses, 2.5-meter and 6.3-meter ring rolling machines, as well as various specifications of manipulators, heating resistance furnaces, loading and unloading machines and other forging equipment. It is equipped with a mixing machine, a 3000T hydraulic press, an 8000T hydraulic press, an 800KG vacuum plasma welding box, a 15T vacuum plasma welding box, a 5-ton vacuum consumable arc furnace, a 12-ton vacuum consumable arc furnace, a 20-ton vacuum consumable arc furnace, an ingot cleaning machine, a crucible cleaning machine and other smelting production equipment, and the production supporting facilities are complete.
