• Product Introduction: The long-term service temperature of Ti2AlNb alloy can reach 750℃, and the short-term service temperature can exceed 1000℃. With the technical support of the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xigong Titanium has carried out engineering research and verification on the forging process of Ti2AlNb alloy, completed the full-process development of multi-specification Ti2AlNb alloy bars (Φ200~Φ450 mm), and broken through the forging technology and heat treatment process technology of large-sized Ti2AlNb alloy bars. The alloy meets the usage requirements of the corresponding model of products and has been promoted and applied in engineering in the XX aerospace project.
