Product Details

• Product Introduction: Ti180 (Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo) alloy is a β -rich α+β two-phase titanium alloy developed in the United States in the 20th century. It is an improved version of Ti-6242 by increasing the Mo content. The Mo content significantly stabilizes the β phase, thereby enhancing the tensile properties at both room temperature and high temperatures. Ti180 features high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good resistance to medium and high temperatures. It is mainly used for manufacturing compressor discs for aerospace engines.
